I understand with the help of activists and protesters the California ADAP which was threatened to be cut for 2010 is going to remain as is.  However I have done some research on the internet and have read there may be the possibility of a waiting list and formulary changes in March 2010.

I can't substantiate any of this, however I am seriously concerning a move to LA probably the latter part of 2010.  Currently I live in another state and I'm enrolled in ADAP.  Can't live without it.  Scared to move there with all the cuts.

Does anyone happen to have any more information whether or not the current budget includes new enrollments in 2010, or if a waiting list is eminent.

Appreciate any inside info if anyone might know,

Thanks,

JM
