My new puppy Rocky
« on: December 22, 2009, 08:26:11 PM »
My boyfriend had the dog he had to leave in the US, before being denied entrance, flown to Europe last month. They both are reunited and happy. And I have fallen in love with him too.

Rocky is a 2 year old mix pitt bull and rottweiler, but as sweet as honey. S got him form the shelter in Florida, where he had been left next to the highway.
He and Lola have a lot of fun together and everyday they chase each other around the dining table.

At night I have to clean up after them and put their toys back in the box. We are now four in the family...

In the pic Rocky and my bf... who prefers to stay incognito.. but you can see his killersmile.
Next month we will  celebrate our first anniversary... not many believed in it, but we just enjoy every day together, in spite of the 31 years age difference...

xx Hermie

Hermie, what a sweet-looking pooch! I'm glad he gets along with Lola so well. I don't know Rottweilers very well, but the pits I know LOVE to take all their toys out every day and scatter them everywhere.

Merry Christmas to you, Rocky, Lola and <incognito>!

Love and hugs,
Creighton

Hermala...How nice to see you again, you were in danger of going on the MIA (Missing in Action) list.  Very nice dog- how many children does it eat daily?  Just joking  ;)

Good to see you happy, you were always one of my favorite folks here, amongst many, do you still have that friend in NY you were going to visit.  I hope so.  Be well my little Hercule Poirot.

Nice looking dog.  I've seen other Rot and Pit mixes but he is the best looking one I've seen by far!!
I despise the song Love is in the Air, you should too.

Animals make such a wonderful companions.

Jody, yes, I still have that friend in NYC. but have not yet had the opportunity to visit him...Are you coming to London in may?

And yes, we feed Rocky children  to avoid Lola being swallowed by him...
