Immune Restoration Syndrome ?.......2nd Oppinion?
« on: November 03, 2006, 01:58:44 PM »
I have a host of things going wrong as iv stated in other post. Truvada & Kaletra since July. My left toes are numb, sever pain in my left arm, and what the doc thinks is KS on my foot and arm, and throw in a little  HIV encephalitis. Last weeks labs were CD4 347 28.9% and VL 489. not all that hot. i started in july w/ cd4 149 27.9% and vl 150,000.

anyway every time i call the doc to report a new problem he keeps saying itz Immune Restoration Syndrome  and take some advil and wear lose shoes. well this dosnt seem to be very medical to me and it hasnt worked much. anybody else had experience w/ this Immune Restoration Syndrome and what were the effects?

with things like toes and arms going numb & pain it sounds like a 2nd oppinion is in order. any suggestions?

I'm not sure that Etay realizes that he has been posting on very old threads.

I also sense some Duesbergian influences in his posts.
