« on: December 03, 2009, 02:55:31 PM »
Hi guys,

I think i have a risky exposure today hence need your kind advice. To be frank, i have been visiting sex worker for the past 2 months which i am ashame of!! But i have always play it safe (with condom on) but today i got some accident which i feel unsafe. OK cut it short below is my situation:

1. She blowjob for me (consider safe as i read some of your advice from other post)
2. I am fingering her (which i don't do it usually), after i finger her i touch her breast and stupid me go and lick her breast which there are some of her liquid on it - Risky?
3. She was on top on me and caressing me which accident happen -> as she move up&down her vagina touch my penis head which i can feel it was like less than quartaly insert (abit) - Risky? this is my most Worry!
4. Protection (condom) on while pentratation.

Do you think i should go for HIV/STD testing or even taking PEP which i just get to know.

Hope you can advice on this soonest :( really appreciate that.

And last thing: You guys are good people, I Truthfully respect your job in helping people - Salute

You didn't have an exposure in the situations you've provided.

Your panic and upset over this incident is totally unwarranted. You used a condom for intercourse which is exactly what you are supposed to do. Everytime you have vaginal or anal intercourse.

Nothing else you did was in anyway risky for HIV transmission.

Get over it and get on with your life. We do recommend that anyone who is sexually active ought to at least once a year have a full STD panel done. Other STDs are actually much easier to acquire than HIV. But as far as HIV is concerned this time, you can take a breath and let it go.

With or without piercings and with any other details you might throw into the mix, in the entire history of the epidemic no guy has ever been confirmed to have become infected through getting a blowjob.

It's safe to say you aren't going to make history by becoming the first.

You're good to go. Breathe and get on with your life.

Thanks Andy for your prompt reply.. :)
One last thing which i think of it at current moment which is after i pertarate her, i can't cum so she decided to have blowjob again till i cum. So she took up the condom and blowjob. My question is what if when she took off the condom and there are some vaginal liquid on my edge of my dick and then she blowjob... What is the risk? I understand the risk is quite low.

This will be my last question!! After that i am decided to take a test 1 month later and should end this kind of behaviour and spend usefully with my life. Wish me luck :) Thanks

HIV is not transmitted through vaginal fluid on your penis in that manner. It has to happen when the penis is unprotected inside the vagina or the anus. That setting preserves HIV in a viable form and offers the opportunity for it to enter the urethra or to get under the foreskin where there are cells receptive to transmission.

You're still worrying needlessly.
