Hi, thanks for all your responses.

My situation starts this Saturday I had an endoscopy done and they found me candida in the esophagus which sometimes makes it related to hiv people. I tested myself with Elisa and results were negative.

Besides that they found some erosions on my stomach, a hiatal hernia, and gastric reflux which I believe comes from my drinking a lot over the last 6 months.

The sunday before (5 days before) I had an risky situation for a penetration without condom and no ejaculation inside a pool with a girl. I had something bothering me in my penis the next few days like very small burning sensation but not bad.  I got urine exams for chlamydia and others and came out negative. I went still to the Dr's and they gave me Zythromax and Fluconazole as any preventive. Also on the 4th day after the contact I got a parasite found and diarrhea but controlled fast within 1 day with secnidazole.

The only disorders I know for my candida possibility would be this and drinking a lot on the last 6 months. I have abused antibiotics for my sinus problems and minociclyne years before. This year I haven't had many of them just couple times and not in recent months.

In a way, I feel more paranoia than anything else, no fevers or rashes.  I tested some hemograms and everything indicate that I have a bacterial process going on probably because of my sinus which got swollen because I stayed with my clothes wet outside the water all night under the cold breeze.

Is this a primary infection of HIV? Thanks in advance for all your advices.

Your signs and symptoms have nothing to do with HIV.

Rod, there is absolutely nothing that is in anyway HIV specific about any of your symptoms. Your doctor needs to treat them.

However, you did mention that you had unprotected intercourse. That is a risk for HIV so you will need to get tested in 13 weeks for a conclusive result. It is not easy to transmit and HIV is harder to transmit from female to male. If that was your only such incident the strong likelihood is that you will test negative.

For future reference you can have intercourse with anyone you want to regardless of their HIV status. But you need to do it the safer way which means always, without exception, using condoms for both vaginal and anal intercourse.

I expect you are likely to come out of this ok but you need to stop putting your life at risk by having unprotected intercourse so learn from this experience.
