Police in central Pennsylvania say they've nabbed a real pothead. They said an officer spotted 29-year-old Cesar Lopez inside a convenience store with a bag of marijuana stuck to his forehead. Investigators said Lopez was seen peering inside his baseball cap early Saturday morning in Lebanon, about 75 miles northwest of Philadelphia. When Lopez looked up, the officer noticed a small plastic bag appearing to contain marijuana stuck to his forehead.

Police said the officer peeled the bag off Lopez's forehead and placed him under arrest. He has been charged with drug possession. Police do not know whether Lopez has an attorney.

Authorities say the sweatband of a baseball cap is a frequent hiding place for drugs.

Wonder if this is the same Cesar Lopez that lives in Miami.

A friend off mine<now an arts professor>in his 20,s was busted with a small amount off hash and had to report to the Police station just off Lester SQ.He went and had planned to go on to Heaven afterwards.Expecting to have to prove his identity /address/work he had all the documents plus all that was needed for a night in Heaven.
He explained to the desk Sargent why he was there, showed him the documents and awaited to be told he would be sent the date for a hearing. This happened plus he was required to be finger printed and to turn out his pockets.
The lump of hash for the night at Heaven bought tears to the eyes off all the Policemen who thanked him for the funniest event off the year, for them.
They confiscated the hash, told him to have a good night and only bought the one charge.
