A little more info...

This project is a collaborative effort between a very cool advocacy group for those of us living with HIV - the National Working Positive Coalition (NWPC - which is also led by PLWHAs) - and Penn State University.  The researcher identified below, Liz Conyers, is on the NWPC Board.

Your voice is needed to advocate for services to help people with HIV achieve greater health and financial stability.

Dr Liza Conyers from Penn State University is conducting survey research in collaboration with the National Working Positive Coalition to better understand the challenges of employment & the training/employment needs of people with HIV/AIDS.

Taking the survey is easy and confidential.
No information will be collected to identify you personally.
You must have HIV/AIDS & be at least 18 to participate.

Paper surveys can be mailed directly to Liza Conyers at 327 CEDAR Building, Penn State University, University Park, PA 16802. If you have any questions, contact Liza Conyers toll free at (866) 362-0015
