can't listen to that much music anymore.
new prince, new pet shop boys, and new depeche mode
(all good since I was getting tired of the last nine inch nails)
I've got too much music to listen to  :D

and when I'm not listening to those, I just listen to local talk radio out of Akron OH. It may be boring but I know where all the speed-cams are set up and how much salt is left if we get one last snowfall this year.  ;)

I've been in Jeff Buckley "rediscovery" mode this past month.  All in .flac

I also have a friend who DJs in NYC that sends me a CD monthly of a set, so I keep current.  Well, generally he uploads it to me, not an actual CD.  I'm just way overflowing with music.  I need to purge.

I don't listen to podcasts but on my drive down to Sacramento this morning I listened to Fresh Air.  It was an old show of an interview with Jack Wrangler.

YOu know, the same one and only who died the other day and caused Philicia to "clutch her pearls". .

It was a fascinating interview.  I loved it.

Did you listen, by chance?

Hey folks, I am asking about podcast..  ;D

Yeah still plenty of new stuff - actually very much getting into this London's dubstep scene - but listening to good interviews and other spoken word contents are much more smoothing it seems these days..

You really need to give it to Terry Gross for the range of people she interview! Jack Wrangler...

I download Dr. Joy Browne's radio psychology call-in show, three hours each weekday.  Each "hour" is actually 37 minutes because all commercials are deleted.  The flagship station is WOR in NYC and the show is carried in numerous markets (though not here in Tucson.)  I benefit from listening to the callers' concerns and questions and Dr. Browne usually give "right on" advice.  If you have any interest in psychology and human behavior, I recommend it.  Also she is very gay-friendly.  Anyone here ever give her a listen?
