J.R.E.,

Your right with "naturally low" in sugar. When it is made into juice, the label should be checked for sugar added. That's where they get ya.

I appreciated the final comment  of it having it have some good properties, but it's not really a "superfood"

Well, it does taste better than Noni juice.....YUCK

I bought some Acai + blueberry juice mix at Costco over the weekend. It actually tastes great, but it was not cheap - $10 for 2 liters. I'm almost finished with it. I can't vouch as to its health properties, though. My bf contracted a cold on monday, and I started getting symptoms tuesday night.  He has already recovered, but I have been miserable yesterday and I'm today still. At least I'm staying home due to my surgery recovery. I hope the cold is gone by next week since I'm supposed to return to work tuesday.
