Body program - Have you try with which results ?
« on: February 17, 2009, 05:59:06 AM »
Hi,

started yesterday a well know american program to improve drastically my body appearance.

It's the kind of intense program (for 3 months .. min) where you alternate cardio and weight training and eat healthy. A bit like the shows "The biggest loosers"

You can compete for the best transformation.

I was wondering if some of you have follow such program till the end, what results they reached, how they have feel all along the program, and how they feel now, compared to before doing it.
Any advices also ?

Just curious and interested. Maybe also looking to share this experience with others and talk about it between poz.  8)

Note
I choosed to note take any supplements, with few exception such as powder/bar supplement, and few other such as chromium and so.

If I was to try one of these intense workouts it would probably be
Tony Horton

http://www.ultimatefitnessgear.com/tony-horton.html

1) He's easy on the eyes
2) He's around my age
3) The philosophy of 'surprising' different muscle groups just makes sense to me. I have worked out in my youth and achieved results, only to reach the proverbial plateau. No matter how hard I worked out I could not seem to get past a certain point. This discouraged me and I would stop working out.
4) A workout partner will help you achieve your goals faster and maintain longer. IMO

The site you mention do not provide infos on the program without buying first.
But thanks for this info.

Otherwise, I am wondering the benefit people have found after doing such program, in term of CD4, VL (if out of meds) and quality of life for e.g.
