Just worry and regreted
« on: January 25, 2009, 10:15:47 AM »
Hello,

I need some help here. I had a oral sex with a sex worker recently, after that i was very regret about it. This incident happened about 3 weeks ago. During this session, she lick my nipple and penis. During the period of time, i did not actually realise she do a blow for me without a condom. This unprotected exposure last for about three to five minutes before i ask to put onthe condom for me. I read a lot of articles through this forum that unprotected oral is still consider safe, but i still confuse as i ask my doctor however he says the there is some kind of risk in transmitting hiv.

my main worry:

#firstly

During the session, she actually took a rinsed of some liquid (i believe is water) and start pumping in to my penis to my urethra. Do this put me a risk to contacting with hiv??

#2

I actually touches her t-string containing a some of viginal fluid, will i get hiv this by touching another part of my body if there is some cut or blister??

pls advise..

Your doctor is wrong. In the entire history of the epidemic there has never been a confirmed case of transmission to a guy through getting a blowjob. It's safe to say that no matter what special details you have thrown into the mix, you are not going to make history by becoming the first to be infected in that way.

You are worrying needlessly. There was no risk and there's no need for HIV testing. Period.

Get on with your life is what I say.

Cheers.

thk,

You're also not going to be infected by touching vaginal fluid, regardless of blisters or cuts.

You had no risk.

HIV is certainly character-building. It's made me see all of the shallow things we cling to, like ego and vanity. Of course, I'd rather have a few more T-cells and a little less character. Randy Shilts
