This came out Sept 23, 2008 and appears pretty urgent to me.

The governments of the world seem to be apathetics about these issues.  Are they like Judge Judy that said several years ago "give them dirty needles"  :-\  :-X :-[ ???  :( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Solo 19 Estados de USA deja que organizaciones comunitarias tengan programas de jeringuillas.

The estimates, based on studies, it that 1 and 5 IDUs may have HIV, http://afp.google.com/article/ALeqM5jVF1jHGnraGyelaqFY8Z0RCRZ6XA

Perhaps one day, in not such a far future, we will consider the acts of the Governments of the United States as ACTS AGAINST HUMANITY.

Damn, I can't believe I forgot to tell you guys.

Jose Serrrano, the puertorican House of Representative just put out HR6680 to lift the ban on money for Syringe Exchange. Of course I am crossing my fingers that it will pass, but we need all of your help and we need for you guys to pass it on.

You can go to the harm reduction coaltion site

http://www.democracyinaction.org/dia/organizations/HRC/campaign.jsp?campaign_KEY=25278

or this other site.

http://capwiz.com/aac/issues/alert/?alertid=11709611

this act will allow Federal Money to be use in Syringe programs.  Please help!!

Here is the information on Serranos work, please send a letter to him thank him for his time and attention on this matter.
