Awkward
« on: September 24, 2008, 09:00:06 AM »
Today is my first appointment with the ID Dr without my fiance (who is also positive). You all may remember that we broke up a few months ago. He has been in an out of mental facilities since then because of suicide fears and he still calls me from time to time asking me to come back to him. We used to go to our appts together, naturally. The nurse called me yesterday and reminded me of my appt and asked if I wanted to reschedule since he would be there too and I declined,..for several reasons, mainly because of work issues. I also would love for my new boyfriend to go to the appt with me, although he is not sure he is ready for it (he will let me know in the next hour if he is going) but I am not a mean person and don't want to putour relationship in my ex's face like that. I probably should have rescheduled but oh well. Wish me luck!

Well, all went well. My ex wasn't there.....or at least I didn't see him. I decided not to take my boyfriend in case though.
