Peter Staley, AIDS Victim
« on: June 18, 2008, 01:30:14 PM »
Okay, be warned --  I plan on relentlessly plugging my blog in Off Topic until it builds an audience.  My 2nd entry is titled Peter Staley, AIDS Victim, and is basically an introduction to yours truly.

Check it out.

If you missed the first entry, it's called The Picture, and describes when and how I found out I was HIV positive.

Just read it and my only complaint is your modesty...both in your entry and in putting this in off topic.

I've said it before and I will say it again, Thank you, Peter - not for living the life you did, but for living above the life that happened - you are no victim in any sense of the word.  It is a lesson to me and many.

Oh no, SPAM! And the worst thing is I fell for it. I actually followed the link and found it enjoying. I hope this hasn't set a precedent.  :)

Thank you for the insight. Have had a couple of days of feeling sorry for myself but this made it starkly clear that really I have it easy. What a pillar of strength you must be - an absolute inspiration..
