Resuscitate this? First two times were fun...

I do not understand why young writers in Iowa are obsessed with PBR beer. It is awful.

I am becoming strangely obsessed with Victorian theological controversies.

Will the Sex and the City movie be any good?

Her finely-touched spirit had still its fine issues, though they were not widely visible. Her full nature, like that river of which Cyrus broke the strength, spent itself in channels which had no great name on the earth. But the effect of her being on those around her was incalculably diffusive: for the growing good of the world is partly dependent on unhistoric acts; and that things are not so ill with you and me as they might have been, is half owing to the number who lived faithfully a hidden life, and rest in unvisited tombs.

MORE TOTALLY USELESS FACTS YOU NEED TO KNOW

Right Whale Facts

The male Southern Right Whale possesses the largest pair of testes in the animal kingdom. A pair of Right Whale testes can weigh upto a tonne.

Unlike fish, sharks and many other whales, the Southern Right Whale possesses no dorsal fin whatsoever.

The male Southern Right Whale's penis can be up to 2.5 metres (8.2 feet) long.

Southern Right Whales have a "V-shaped" blowhole with spray exiting the vent in 2 streams at an angle of 45 degrees.

Female Right Whales are sexually promiscuous. This is probably related to the fact that females are only able to breed once every 3 years whereas males are able to breed every year. From the male Southern Right Whale's perspective there is always a shortage of breeding females.

When migrating between their feeding and breeding grounds the normal "cruising speed" of a Right Whale is about 4 kilometres per hour (2.5 mph).

The Southern Right Whale's nearest relative is the Northern Right Whale. As the name would suggest the Northern Right Whale lives in the Northern Hemisphere. The Northern Right Whale is extremely endangered with only a few hundred remaining alive. During the last Ice Age ancestral populations of Right Whales moved between the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.

Today Northern Right Whales and Southern Right Whales are permanently separated by an 8500 kilometre band of warm tropical water. Scientists now classify these 2 populations of Right Whales as being separate species.

- I think it is fundamentally wrong that the first vagina I've seen in 20 years is my mother's.

- When I told my partner there are not many gyms in Asheville he said "Of course not. If you can't wear Birkenstocks they want no part of it."  So true.

George Washington was not the first President of the US he was the ninth.

He also had no middle name.  The next four Presidents also had no middle names.

Gosh, people have strange sexual fetishes. (Just sayin')

Three gay men told me, recently, that they would vote for McCain if Obama was the Dem nominee. All three whined about his so-called "arrogance." I was/am horrified.

Brothers & Sisters is back, hallelujah!

I want to play with chimps and orangutans but I'm told I can't. Fuck.

I've bee listening to a remix of "Sweet Caroline" endlessly -- again. It's hypnotic.

I can go all day around the house with no problems. Then go out in public and my waistband insists on rolling down and I have to keep adjusting my pants the whole time I am in the publics eye.

Last night I made a lemon cake for my roommate as a good luck gesture because he is running a half-marathon.

That wasn't evil was it?

Well you said "good" luck, not "evil" luck so I guess the cake wasn't evil  :D

I also had to look up Kune Kune. For those who lack the desire to look it up its a pig.

I hate monkeys. They bite really hard.
I've been bit by one that was roughly 20 lbs. No clue what type it was.

Its raining outside and I am in the middle of making banana pudding.

I want to watch The Full Monty again.

I love evil cake.

Back Door to Hell (1964)

Jersey: Yeah, we're all gonna die anyway - tomorrow, next week, 30 years from now. Did that little thought ever penetrate your thick skull?
Burnett: Yeah, once when I was a boy, but naturally I dismissed it as being too outrageous.
