3 THINGS WE WOMEN DID TO NUTURE OURSELVES THIS WEEK
« on: April 17, 2008, 01:26:03 PM »
LADIES, While reading on poz, I ran across an article with a woman speaker saying how we women , need to do 3 THINGS a week to nurture ourselves. I thought this would be a good topic. It could be anything you do to make yourself better, or feel better, it can be something you did for someone else, but it must be something positve. I know the week isn't yet over, but I will start:

1. This week I crocheted a gift for someone.
2. I cut down on my alcohol intake (lol)
3. I decided not to voice my opinion,at any time, to my best friend, about her no good man. (in other words mind my own business).

1. I took naps with my sweetheart during the day.
2. I snuggled with my granddaughter.
3. I ate chocolate chip cookies in bed.

Well, hmmm.  This is hard for women, isn't it.  Let me see:

1. I bought some new underwear.
2. I super-cleaned my apartment.
3. I did my laundry today.

You had some arbor mist. That could be considered a nurturing thing.
Your just having a tough time right now and its no fun trying to think of the good things while all the bad stuff is still pissing you off.  ;D

Oh I love daisies. I'm not perticular about what color or type. Daisies are my favorite.
Gerbera, blackeyed susans, sunflowers, shasta, crown all sorts of them. They are all beautiful.

I prefer wild flowers to roses.
