Be informed:
Sexual Consent Age Laws (USA)

This laws are for sexual consent in the United States only. As with any laws, these are subject to change. If you see two ages in one cell, that is because the age of consent is different for females and for males. Yes, that makes no sense, but I didn't make these laws. These laws are often very old. If you are younger than age 18, please check the laws in the state in which you reside.

Although many young people are mature enough to know how to deal with the consequences of sex, some teens are not grown up enough to know that their actions have consequences.

Age of consent laws are there to stop young people from being exploited by adults.

That is why you need to register to VOTE at age 18 and make your opinions heard! End of lecture.

I see that South Carolina is way behind everybody else....
age of consent Female 14 and Male 16
The repealed laws regarding Male to Male and Female to Female sex are curious.....I remember in some states that the ages were different than for heterosexual....I wonder if thats why they were repealed.  ??????????

Unbelieveable, Dachs.
