Poor Buddy
Ah Michigan, we got snow last night. Big drift by the door when i let Buddy out to do his business this morning.
Buddy's legs are maybe 3 inches long, the snow was about 6 inches and the drifts are higher than that.
He was trying to jump over the drifts and when i looked at where he had been i saw paw prints and a drag mark in the snow. :o ( chilled me just to think about it). he came in and i gave him his treat. instead of running to the bed to crash back out, he was trying to walk it off. ( so to speak)
I felt so bad for him i gave him another treat.
( as far as warming himself he was on his own, know what i mean) i will make sure i shovel real good for him and clear out the lawn for him to go on.
Poor little doggie (bbrrrrrrr)

Poor Buddy. My English Bulldog Zita got her first taste of snow & ice this winter. When I open her pet door in the morning she useally charges full speed ahead out to do her business. That morning she hit ice and her momentum launched her across the frozen deck out the other side and into the shrubbery. I had to extract her from the middle of a boxwood bush....only her pride was damaged.

*snickers* That happened when I was dog sitting over the weekend. Poor Boo disappeared in the snow when I took him out to do his business. Every step was snow in his face til he made it to the drive way. He did his business and flew up the steps...hehe

:) Poor little pup. Set a shovel by the door so you can make him a path to the grass. I shovel the deck for the dogs, but once they are off the deck it's up to them to find their way through the snow.  :)

lol, sound like candidates for funniest home videos, i'm sorry :P

Thank god technology caught on, and humans ended up with toilets in most houses!

I'm just happy I don't get snow here when I think of this story (that said, making snow men might be fun! :-)

Believe, that is way overrated.

I remember falling into and over many snow drifts, when I lived up north in Western New York. Those winters were brutal. I did most of the falling into the drifts on a Friday or Saturday evening, after the bars closed. And shit....Nobody gave me a treat  :)

Hope Buddys well-------Ray
