Nope it's not.

Q: Does BLOCKADE block entry of all viruses?
A: No. The blocking action of NewChapter's BLOCKADE was originally discovered to block "enveloped" viruses (such as influenza). Enveloped viruses are those which have a coat (envelope) made up of lipids, phospholipids and proteins with specific sugars attached to them on their outer surface. The bioactives in BLOCKADE with ViraBlock, work by binding to these coat molecules with sugars, and, as a result block the ability of the viruses to enter host cells.

Q: Is the research on BLOCKADE published?
A: Not yet. Study findings have been summarized and these scientific overviews have been submitted to several major professional journals and are undergoing the customary "peer review" process prior to publication.
