TRUVADA/VIRAMUNE SIDE EFECTS

:-\This is my 3rd week on truvada/viramune now, but ...since I started the 3rd week... i have weird dreams witch I can handle so far, headaches r back ( the fade away after 4 hours more less) but now also I wake up with a mild pain in my lower back....I'm afraid of my kidneys,,,,does this side effects go away?
