Restoreing foreskin?
« on: November 10, 2007, 09:59:44 PM »
Well guys,

I've run across a few web sites and thinking about something.  When I was an infant my family decided to have me circumcised.  Now I've been thinking about using different procedures to revers that decision.  There is one page that talks about the increased risk of HIV, but I don't need to worry about that.

Check out the sites and tell me what you guys think.

Hope to hear form you guys.

Honestly, my dick's enough fun as is (circumcised).  If I want to play with an uncut dick, I just find an uncut guy to play with!   ;D  Seriously, I wonder how reversible it really is and what 'happiness' or pleasure one would find from restoring it, if even possible (not being judgmental, just curious).

Dude, if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it!  I think it's okay to play around with gadgets, but don't go thinking about surgery or something like that. Stretching and such may make cosmetic results pleasing, but it won't restore sensitivity or even the bloodflow that you had when you were intact.  And trust me, as someone who was downright SCALPED as an infant, and had many UC lovers, I've looked into this! Like David NC said, just go an find an uncut guy, one with a lot of overhang, then you can slide his right onto yours.  ;D

There are a couple of questions that I would be inclined to ask you to consider:

Are you considering reconstruction or restoration?

What are you actually trying to achieve?

Surgical reconstruction (grafting skin onto the shaft of your penis) is quick, but is unlikely to give you anything that looks, feels or behaves particularly like a normal foreskin.

'Tugging', or non-surgical foreskin restoration, takes years of dedication (several hours of applied tension every single day) and can produce something that looks natural, but which probably still wonít feel or behave like a normal foreskin.

If you want something that behaves and feels like a foreskin, then you are unlikely to ever achieve what you want.

If it is just a question of having what looks like a natural foreskin - or (no offence intended) there is a fetish / body modification appeal to the process - and you are willing to spend years achieving your desired result, then you could potentially (depending on how your circumcision was performed in the first place) achieve something approaching your desired result.

If it is primarily a fetish / body mod motive, then go ahead and have fun; but be aware that there is a small, but very real, risk of causing damage to the organ of your attention .. and that isn't a risk that I would personally be willing to take whilst I am still sexually active.

As David suggests, find some elseís to play with, explore the joys of docking or train your partner in the wonders of correct hand placement / mouth action on the cut dick. It isnít as if you are in a country where being cut singles you out as an oddity (unlike the poor bugger at my first school who had to suffer having the one cut dick amongst 800 teasing owners of the uncut variety).

Meanwhile, thousands of gay men are getting the cut because they want more staying power.

I wouldn't do it.  It can't be visually pleasing, you'd end up with a Frankendick of some sort.

My parents, in a bizarre twist of cruelty, decided to circumcise me when I was 4. Nobody should be circumsized when they're old enough to remember it  :o

Personally, I wouldn't do it either. Makes me cringe, almost as much as Jan's castration thread, thinking about it ! But, I guess you have to do what you feel comfortable with.

Thanks for your responces so far.  To answer some of the questions, I'm not looking for the surgical options because I don't think that would give me the results I'm looking for.  In all the web pages I found, people were talking about how wonderful their results were, but I know that those are probably selective responces used to help aleviate fears.  I am just researching this idea by asking a lot of qestions and finding as many different opinions.

Thanks again for your opinions.  I will continue to look into it before I make any purchases.

You just stretch the existing skin it's not the same as an actual foreskin but according to the restorer crowds it begins to function the same.

So, what is driving this desire to try and reverse, what is probably an irreversible decision?  I have a difficult time believing that whatever they do will look, act, feel like an uncut dick.

I ask why because having an uncut dick can be double edged sword.....  some guys are so into uncut it's unbelievable -- whilst a good number of others will kick your ass out of bed if they are surprised with an uncut one.  I was born 7 weeks premature, so the doctors had other things on their mind and cutting off my foreskin wasn't one of them, so despite the fact that I have 3 circumcised brothers, I was left intact.  In my experiences, there are very few "middle grounders" when it comes to foreskin -- guys love or loath it.

I love foreskin too. Although not to the point of buying one of those cosmetic creams made from recycled baby foreskins. I prefer my foreskin on a live penis.

UGH! All foreskins are dirty and disgusting. God wants True Believers to have them cut off.

"Mother Nature" is a false pagan goddess who's really just the devil in drag.

The Holy Talmud says Adam was created without any foreskin. It was the mark set upon Cain after he murdered his brother Abel. Its original purpose was to keep people away. Now it grows where it does to test our faith in God's Holy Law's. Any man that still has a foreskin is obviously in rebellion against God.

You, madam, are no Matty the Damned.  You should leave all preaching to THE true believer.

I actually found that sermon quite on point, especially cause I'm a practicing Sister of the Order of the Divine Member.

I will also add that those of us born with aposthia, where the lack of foreskin is a rare congenital condition, are the most favored Holy of people. Moses, Jacob and David were all born without a foreskin and God favors this.

Muhammed was also born this way. As was Ms. P. This is also why I have 1725 t-cells and you don't so suck on it.

You're wrong.  Scientific studies show that the foreskin is an excellent repository for unused CD4s.

Indeed Brother Bocker!

These are troubled times, end times even, and it should come as no surprise that False Prophets abound. As Jesus himself warned us in Matthew 11:24:

And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

Miss Philicia forgets her sinful self. She is an ignorant slut and I encourage her to take heed of 1 Corinthians 14:34-35:

Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.

And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

Glory!

In my experiences, there are very few "middle grounders" when it comes to foreskin -- guys love or loath it.

M

I honestly have never had a preference either way.  I'm more interested in the person that the appendage is attached to.  Kinda like that top/bottom thingy.  I don't want to limit my options.

Also, my Bill was one of those who was semi circumcised , so I guess that's like having the best of both?

Does that mean you get to wander in the HIV desert for 40 years?

I sure would like to be at a place in my life - just once - where something like foreskin restoration could become a prominent consideration in my day to day.
