I am feeling a TON of anxiety...things I have never felt before...and I think it's amplifying all the other stress factors in my life...could Atripla be a part of this?

Didn't you just post that your debt worries were causing anxiety?  Now it's the meds?  I mean, I guess it could be the Sustiva component but then again it could just be external non-med causes.

If it's getting so bad that's it's interfering with life you need to be assertive with your HIV doctor, and get a referral to a shrink to figure out which it is.  If it's not the HIV med then you can pop a new pill to take the angst away - Trust!  And they do work if you're given the right one.
