Brace Yourselves
« on: October 11, 2007, 02:43:53 AM »
Dear People With Nothing Better to Do,

This message is the first thing I've typed with two hands in 7 weeks. That's right, today the orthopaedic registrar decided that my arm is healing sufficiently well to warrant the removal of the hated brace.

Oh how I hated that horrid brace. I can wear proper shirts again! I no longer smell like a goat.

As expected my upper arm is noticeably deformed. Not as noticeably deformed as Milker's face (why do you think he wears that mask? I've seen the secret AMG photos.) by certainly to a similarly creepy extent. Nor does it straighten completely, <insert gay joke>, but I'm told weeks of painful physiotherapy will fix that, though it will always be 2 or so inches shorter than my left arm.

Attila the Hen is no longer my registrar. Lately I'm attended by a neatly groomed, prissy and possibly egg-bound little man called Smithers. No, really. It's all too cute.

As a description, "subdued flamboyance" really doesn't do poor Smithers any justice.

I can't bear any weight on my outraged wing, but I can type, sign credit card slips and bail applications, masturbate and shower properly again. If anything good has come of this ghastly affair it will be that I am now proficient in tugging my cock with both hands.

Quite an achievement.

So anything exciting been going on here in my absence?

I do not respond to many posts on here, but I always read what you type on here all the time.  I have to confess most of the time with sadistic glee.  You always make me smile or say something very thought provoking.
I am glad to hear your wanking and writing arm is on the mend.  I look forward to your posts on here and on the spin cycle.
Cheers, Dan

Glad to read the cast is off and hoping for fast results during your physical therapy sessions. Hope some handsome lad does get assigned to assist you with stretching the tendons/ligaments back to usefulness.

Oh, thank heavens!  I'm so glad you don't have any really terrible lasting damage.  Good luck with the therapy.  A lady I know maladjusted her shoulder and is in therapy right now for it and says the therapy is really helping her.  I hope things go as well for you, dearie.
Love you lots-

It's great the you now have the ability to relieve yourself with either hand - or both - as the need demands.
Matty - I would have offered to come up and do your housework, but I also have been plodding between hospitals in Hobart, Melbourne and Sydney.
I'm not getting any better, just collecting a heap of frequent flyer points and getting on a first name basis with all the Qantas cabin crews.

I am glad you now have some improved mobility, and I, along with many others look forward to your continuing posts

I'm surprised that your right arm is two inches shorter, but all things considered, you have been making remarkable progress!  Please keep us posted as to what is happening to the punk-asses that did this to you.  Last I heard, they were caught, but......?

Hey Matty,

It's great to know you've taken another big step towards getting back to life as it was before that foul attack.

With PROPER exercise I know you will be the same two-fisted, two-handed fella before long. And even if the wounded side remains somewhat shorter I am inclined to expect you will no doubt discover some swell new skill out of that.

Lots of good luck with the physical therapy.

Single-handed typing sure didn't seem to slow you down any, but using a mouse left handed can sure be a bitch (although I've forced myself to do it).  It's good that you'll be able to use your right hand again for more intimate tasks... it'll be like being with an old fuck buddy again!  Take care and good luck with the physical therapy.

My partner  Kurt is going through the physical therapy to help correct the aftermath of a knee replacement.  He has two legs....one looks like his, while the other looks vaguly like something from the laboratory of  Dr Frankenstein.
The therapy to recover use of a limb is serious business. Luckily Kurt has had a very strong lesbian physical therapist named Merrill, who sits on his face if he does not do as told.
Good luck with recovery.

Attila the Hen is no longer my registrar. Lately I'm attended by a neatly groomed, prissy and possibly egg-bound little man called Smithers. No, really. It's all too cute.

Pardon me for being so bold as to ask... but, is Smithers a real name?  I have never met a person with that name.  However comma I did date an attorney in Los Angeles, who practiced Family Law and had no legs from the knees down.  I used to wake up in the morning, see his pants w/shoes attached standing by the bed.  I met him when he was representing my employers ex-wife in a custody battle.  She wished to trade a year of custody for a used car (barely running Pontiac Grand Am)  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;DHave the best day

I hope your injured arm will heal and be as close to normal as possible.

Yes, there really is a Smithers. Dr Chris Smithers to be exact. He's a hoot.

Alas I'm having intahnet troubles at present and so can only log in every now and then. I'm told a thousand geeks at a thousand consoles are beavering away to get me reconnected. Why one would be beavering at a console rather than typing is beyond me but hope springs eternal.

My arm is still very fragile. I can't lift it any higher than my chest, though my enormous man-titties might be the problem there.

And no Andy, I haven't forgotten about the three unfortunates who did this to me. :)
