Acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis

A week after an exposure i had Acute Necrotizing Ulcerative gingivitis, now as passed 5 months and i have a negative Elisa, could this be the final Exam or should i do another one.

A test at three months past exposure is considered definitive. You are reliably HIv negative.
