Thanks all...I will see my DR on Friday. I have been approved for a study (FUZEON BIOJECTOR) Supposedly it sprays the fuzeon in you so there are less bumps and pain etc. I'll keep you posted on how that goes.

I use the Biojector - have never used a syringe to inject the Fuzeon. ISRs are not a big problem, but it is not pain-free. In fact, sometimes, well, about half the time, it hurts like hell. On the plus side, once you pull the trigger, there's no turning back, and it's over in about 2 seconds. The spots I inject will often itch for a few hours, and sometimes I get a bruise about the size of a quarter, but I never have any nodules.
