Really sister!  Check out that stag leap she's trying to pull off in front of Granny!  If she kicks that leg back a bit higher flames will shoot out of the lanced staph boil in her butt crack.

And that white trash child should NOT be sitting so close to the television screen.  His eyes will be damaged earlier in life.

I wasn't aware that one could even still obtain television sets encased in decorative wood cases either.  And is that a lava lamp under the framed pieced of family heirloom lace?

omg... I see a bunny rabbit too.  Do you have more pictures?  This is horribly fascinating.

Here's a picture of all the grandchirren.

So many knick knacks everywhere.  So non-minimalist aesthetics.

And that one boy is a proper corn fed stallion.

Joseph,
I am going to step out on a limb here. I think the picture of you and your sister is cute, and so are you. But then again I like gay guys!!!!! As for your family, they are a nice looking middle American Family. It is nice to have faces to put to your stories. Although your descriptions have given us great depth and insight into your family situation, the pictures add to just that. You are lucky in so many ways to have such great insight into life, and to share in the lives of others.

I wish he'd hurry up and get here already. I have a button that needs sewing, a garden full of weeds and a bed that needs changing.

That rooster has something to crow about!  Love the decor...at first glance I thought the design team from "Designed to Sell" had been there.

The light colored walls, coupled with the large mirror helps reflect light throughout and really opens up the room.  The wood encasing the television is a lovely piece of furniture and the richness of the dark wood color adds an extra dimension to the space.  While I am in love with the ceiling light fixture, it would be a sheer delight to see that fixture over a dining room table to provide the perfect atmosphere for when strayboy gives all those smart Iowan dinner parties.

Im with Philly...Id love to see more pictures.

john if I was a network exec I would consider picking up this mid season replacement and putting it on the fall schedule.

We love the pic, Joe and we love you too.

The day that Granny meets me, Jeffie darling, is the day all those Mayan-Calendar apocalyptic visions come to fruition.

It's a common misconception that the Mayan's meant that date to be viewed as some sort of apocalypse.  It merely should be viewed in the same way that a car's mileage counter (sorry, forget what it's actually called... I'm completely ignorant about cars as I have not owned one in 18 years) flips over at a certain point.

That's an odometer, my dear...  and 2012 was the date anticipated by the Mayans to open their first Tex-Mex restaurant in Russia (apparently there was a squabble over the authenticity of the virgins required - which should be resolved by 2012).  Truly anti-cataclysmic, though exceptionally gassy, and devastating in its own right.
