Multi Vitamin Confusion
« on: May 16, 2007, 09:08:03 AM »

This whole multivitamin.... just enough or too much... Should I / Shouldn't I?
It's so confusing.

I've been taking a high strength multivit for about a year now and you can guarantee
at least twice a week I read a story convincing me to carry on and one like the link above
telling me I'm doing more harn than good.

What's a poor little repressed queen to do.
Ho Hum. ;)

This is in fact another example of us POZ should not be taking every suppplement availible. Some people can over do it, some people confuse supplements for a cure or replacement for meds. My opinion do research on anything you want to take especially when it involves you and you;re health, dont fall prey to false hope or gimmicks, eat good foods, exercise etc.. nothing can replace what good food can and exercise well mental being can provide.
