hi guys..i havent posted in a while bc of school but i just wanted to update on my bfs current labs..his VL was undetectable and cd4 was 440..up from about 270..i think thats a reason to smile :)

Yes I agree that is a good reason to smile, so give him a big hug and look after him....but most inportantly look after yourself.
