OK... the VCU French Film Festival is happening in a couple of weeks, and I finally have the schedule in my hot little hands.

Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I won't be able to see a couple that look really interesting... but if anyone has seen the following films and could kindly give me your opinions, I'd appreciate it:

La vie est a nous!
Bamako
Nos jours heureux
Le Passager de l'ete
L'Homme de sa vie (which looks really interesting, and I'd love to know what you think of it)
Coup de sang

Thank you!

Foie gras is horrible!  Duck torture.  I certainly couldn't eat it with a clear conscience.

I tried foie gras, just to piss people off and say I had it.

Sadly, the torture of the animal didn't equal the dividends of deliciousness I was expecting.

I remember seeing a show where the woman had to eat Caviar, and she had to puke it, she thought it was absolutely disgusting. What a waste.. I'd eat Caviar with a table spoon.

As for foie gras, don't get me started :D

Caviar is OK, I guess.

I eat sauerkraut by the can, though.  From the can.

Everyone else thinks it's really gross.

Edited to add: I don't give a shit if my posts are hijacked or not.  It's more fun that way.

I buy whatever I can find in the store.  But I used to live in Germany and remember the glory that was German sauerkraut.

I want to start making my own... it's supposed to be idiot proof.
