Title: Rub down risk
Post by: Voyager on March 24, 2009, 06:19:46 pm
I am little sacred and have possible exposure. I had massage yesterday and girl was naked last 10 minuets. I know I  will not have sex with her for sure and just use my penis touch her leg area. Don't know what happened, and my penis touched her pussy( top part only) couple seconds, I stopped immediately. I am not sure there is any "juice" (sorry and I  don't know right word for that) on her pee area. Is any risk for my activity?

I learned lesson few years ago and decide never put me on risk again. But yesterday activity could put me on risk again.

Need help from expert's suggestion.

Thanks

At no time were you at risk of contracting HIV in the situation you've provided.

Sexually the only confirmed risks for HIV transmission are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse.

Nothing you are reporting is either of those so there's no cause for further concern on your part about HIV nor any need for testing.

Make sure that if and when you get around to having intercourse with whomever that you are always without exception wearing a latex condom.

Cheers.

Dear Expert, three weeks ago, I rubbed my penis over a girl private area (not sure exact where) for about 10 seconds, and 100% sure didn’t penetration since angel is no way to get in. What kind risk for HIV?  If I infected other kind STD, should I notice now? I felt had more pee now not sure is this STD related issue.

 :(.

Thank first.

Rubbing is absolutely not a risk for HIV transmission. Sexually the only confirmed risks for HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. As long as you consistently use condoms for those activities you will be well protected against HIV sexually.

As far as other STDs are concerned, those are easier to acquire. We recommend that anyone who is sexually active ought to at least annually have a full STD panel done as a precaution.

Otherwise this time you have no cause for further concern.

Cheers.

Thanks for your reply, Rapid dog.

This technician isn't very skillful. My arm still has a black spot after 4 days blood drawn. This is one reason it keep me think what if he made a mistake.

Can I get infected if a used needle draw blood on me?

Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusive negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to a four week Time Out (a temporary ban from the Forums). If you continue to post excessively after one Time Out, you may be given a second Time Out which will last eight weeks. There is no third Time Out - it is a permanent ban. The purpose of a Time Out is to encourage you to seek the face-to-face help we cannot provide on this forum.

There is absolutely no sound basis on which to assume a "used" needle was used for you and that you had a risk for HIV transmission in that manner.

We can't help you with this kind of unfounded fear. See a counselor or other professional if you can't let go of this fear. You can't keep coming back here about this same problem without getting yourself a Time Out.

This is not an HIV situation no matter what your head is telling you to the contrary. Let it go and get on with your life.

Merry Christmas everyone.

I understanding all expert said there is No CHANCE for used needle used on me. But my head just can't let it go and especially in holiday. I did 20 minutes quick test yesterday and come back "Negative". This is exactly 30 day after my last blood draw. Can this test complete rule out my risk? Please!

If continue to come back here about this non-risk event you are going to get a 28 day Time Out from the site. Of course you tested negative. You never had a risk to begin with.

Get on with your life. Consider yourself warned.

Thanks RapidRod and Andy.

Please don't ban my IP.

So, I don't need wait another 5 weeks to test at 12 weeks. Right?  The test I dis last Monday is 7 weeks after "Frottage" and 30 days after blood draw for full panel STD.

As you have been told previously, you did not have a risk during either incident and there has never been any need for testing. Your negative result is no surprise. You can test to your heart's content if you want to do that. You're going to continue to be negative.

But we aren't here to deal with every burst of anxiety you may have as if it's something to be taken seriously. You're on the verge of getting a time out here for 28 days. Go see a professional for counseling if you can't let go of these baseless fears. We can't address that problem in this setting.

Consider yourself warned.

Andy, sorry to come back asking you again and I was really want to move on. So, last Wednesday, I tested 12 weeks HIV 1/2 and herpes 1 & 2. Result comes back just like you said: negative. This is same lab I used last time. Since I scared needle, I told my concern to the old female technician ( her boss is also in that time).  She does show me needle was seals before she open it put it on holder and then draw the blood.  But after she finish, she throw the needle into red container, and leave the holder in hand and put it back into drawer. I didn’t know why I didn’t question immediately because I phoned before after my first blood draw at this lab for my needle concern and they told me they even don’t use holders. When I picked my report last Friday afternoon, another technician was there, I asked if they changed practice, he said no and he also said some code not allow reusing holder. After he told me, I start worry again. I didn’t pay any attention to the holder when I was drawn blood last Wednesday. I knew some clinic reuse holder, but the holder this lab used was clearly marked one time use. If it was reused, does it put any risk on me? I don’t want going through another 12 weeks. Andy, I know I was paranoid, But I did my best. Please use your knowledge to evaluate my risk. Or should I going back to the lab and talk to the manager. I worry if I did, that technician could lose job since they claim they don’t reuse holder. I don’t want hurt anyone if I don’t have risk.

Voyager,

This latest concern is also not a risk for hiv infection.

You clearly need help with your hiv phobia that this forum simply cannot give. I suggest you seek counselling. In the meantime, I'm giving you that time out you've been warned about. Do not attempt to create a new account to get around your time out because if you do, you will be permanently banned.

Post by: Voyager on June 05, 2010, 04:51:39 am
I was telling me six month ago, never put me into any risk. I don’t I did today or not.

I come to her place eat every time when visit this city for business trip. But today, this fast food corner changed to a new face and she disappeared. I guess she may back to massage shop again. I am right, I saw she at same place she work before. .. She didn’t  give massage, and we talked a while.  During talk, she kissed me couple time on my lip (my month was closed). My thought was confused , don’t understanding why she come back work at this place…Anyway, finally she give me hand job and I don’t even know why I didn’t refused that. I paid her more than double and she said why you give me so much and I answered I didn’t like see you here.

Now, I come back to hotel. I regret why I did this today.

Dear expert, did I put any risk on myself for HIV or any STD?

Voyager,

Firstly we are not doctors.

Secondly your newest concern is, as usual, not a risk for HIV infection. You cannot contract HIV from kissing or getting a handjob. It doesn't matter that the woman you see is a sex worker you were not at risk of infection and you do not need to be tested for HIV or any other STD.

As on previous occasions I'm going to ask you to read our Welcome Thread (http://forums.poz.com/index.php?topic=220.0) and familiarise yourself with the posting guidelines.

You should be aware by now that continually posting about non-risk situations is not allowed. I suggest you read my advice and Rodney's warning carefully before you post again.

If you're timed out again, it will be for 56 days.

It sounds to me like you have emotional or mental issues. I suggest you speak to a doctor or therapist about these things.

We are not able to provide you with that sort of support.

I've merged your threads. Please follow our rule and do not begin new threads. Keep all of your comments in this same thread.

Once again you are worrying needlessly as you ought to know by now. We've told you again and again that the only confirmed risks for HIV transmission are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse.

You need to get some professional help with your fears about HIV. We can't help you with that in this setting. If you continue to return with these same non-risk situations you are going to get another Time Out, this time for 56 days. Consider yourself warned.

HIV is not your problem.
