fmla is great but...
« on: May 07, 2009, 10:19:52 am »
I am lucky I work for a company that allows 16 weeks per year. Last year I used 6 weeks and my 5 weeks of vacation for general depression can't get out of my way, some days I was wiped but, mostly for PNm

I am not a good candidate for narcotics, wellbutrin helped a bit and now I am on Lyrica which has helped. If I am junking around the house etc I am fine. It can still suck at night. My big problem is work. By hour 3 my toes hurt/burn. It's hard to stay at work when I know an hour after my shoes and socks are off it will get much better. I am feeling a bit discoraged. Somedays it's hard not to get down. I try not to think about it long term but, damn staying at work is like keeping my hand in hot water. I don't expect any answers because really there are none. I figuired some of you might be able to relate. Most days I can focus on how lucky I am today isn't one of them
