I am on a trip to Europe. I am in Berlin. here the sexual practices are very sophisticated with  S and M and fist fucking every where.

Sexual encounters with vih with UD virus count are very common without condom.

I have this guy, 21 years old who likes bondage and fist fucking, enemas, and also likes fucking without condon. he knows i am vih positive. Would it be alright to make him happy to work him out and fuck him hard , what are the risks of fucking him without condom as he wants.
he is negative for vih. and wants the whole work.

You already know the small but not ZERO risk your HIV infection represents. As does he. Why don't you make up your own mind if you can live with these actions, or not.

Also factor in risks for yourself - heavy scenes filled with barebackers - sounds like how I managed a HEP C infection and i wasn't fisting to the elbows either. 

Also back to HIV.  Enemas, fist to the elbows, etc, we are talking some trauma and lots of fluid.  Guess you can't really compare this proposed act to the studies about non detectable and non-transmission, which were studies on serodiscordant married heterosexuals, if I remember correctly.

OK, thanks to the reply. I guess I can manage without all this heavy sex. It will make me more comfortable and I have to take care of myself.

It is just this city is  into heavy sex. I guess I enjoy better a normal sex life tan putting my self at risk.
I took risks before and I ended up with vih.  I am fine now and need to stay this way.
