Steady as she goes. Your numbers are similar to mine and I am going on 21 years now. My only issue is triglycerides. They were high and the DR said lets forget them. Net time I am to fast before I go in for blood work. I have never done that before, so will see if that has any affect.
Take care,
David

:) Unfortunately, I am off the diet more than I care to be. But I am going to enjoy this Thanksgiving dinner. ( which reminds me, Ed has already picked up some stuff, I got to do some shopping now). This time of the year, everyione will be bringing into work all their "homemade goodies" I'l be sure to gain a few unwanted pounds. ;) I'l try to get rid of the excess January 1st !! ::)
Thanks Everyone !!!
