I did something very stupid, after a few drinks I went to a brothel in the UK. The lady gave me a massage and then tried to give me a hand job / blow job. I say tried as I was not hard and after a couple of minutes I asked her to stop and I then left.
When giving the hand job there was no protection and she may have had vaginal fluid on her hand. When giving the blow job she put on a condom or rather tried to as I wasn't erect at any point (hand job or blow job).
This activity was 2 weeks ago I am very worried that I may have caught HIV from her vaginal fluid. I have developed a red rash on my chest, shoulders and neck, they are very small red spots and I have read this is an early sign of HIV. The spots dont itch and are not painful. However I am very worried and was wondering if anyone had any advice I would be very grateful.

Hi Tom , I read your concerns carefully and its clear you never had a risk for HIV in the situation you described . No, you do NOT need to be worried. Mutual masturbation is NOT a risk for HIV infection and it doesn't matter how wet she was or where her vaginal fluids went on your body.
HIV is a fragile, difficult to transmit virus that is primarily transmitted INSIDE the human body, as in unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse where the virus never leaves the confines of the two bodies.
Once outside the body, small changes in temperature, and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect. For this reason, bodily fluids outside the body do not pose a risk and that means masturbation is not a risk for HIV infection.

I know I said that you had ease my concerns in my last post however after the rash on my chest I have now developed a rash on on my thigh, by my groin. The rash on my chest has gone down a bit but the one on my groin has just begun (about 3 days after the rash on my chest). I have no other symptoms but am incredibly worried I may have caught hiv as it is exactly 2 weeks after the exposure.
I really don't know what to do and am going crazy with worry, never had a rash before and now after potential infection have a rash on my right groin and chest.
The rash on my chest doesn't itch or hurt at all, more like small little red spots some raised some a couple which have white heads. The rash on my groin is slightly itchy and irritates as little when I walk.
I am so worried. Currently on holiday at the moment and can't relax at all so very scared so please help if you can.

If you're worried about your rash, go see a doctor. Whatever it is, it sounds nothing like the rash that sometimes accompanies seroconversion.
ARS rash is not raised. It does not have white heads. It is not itchy nor does it get irritated when chaffed.
You absolutely did NOT have a risk for hiv infection. Stop the drama - and if the rash persists, go see a doctor. Whatever it is has nothing to do with hiv, but it could have everything to do with something you've come into contact with while on holiday.
This is NOT an hiv concern.
