I will let those who know their meds and blips answer.  I just wanted to say hello and just offer support that most of these things seem to work themselves out, when reading about others in your situation.  But, the many very educated folks here can give you great info. Many are busy with holiday things, but they'll be along.

Take care.

Hi,

That VL number looks like your CD4 trend. Are you sure there is no mix up in numbers

a VL retest should confirm (cost ca 50 USD)

If VL > 500 is confirmed then a resistance test is doable ( cost ca 1000 USD, 1 month time lead)

Hope this helps

Eric

Have you had any other illnesses going on during this time period?  Sometimes when the body is fighting off a flue or another virus, it gives the hiv buggers a chance to grow a bit, but it should come back down in the normal course of events.
