Hi,
I had protected sex worker 2 months ago.I had sex with her two times. first time with two condoms
only for 5 mins. did nt see any breakage. second time i used one condom, i had both oral and vaginal
with the same condom. it lasted for 8 - 10 mins. i did nt see any breakage this time also.(but i m not 100% sure, whether there is any hole or break in my condom).
i am scared and got tested five times, hiv antibody rapid test after 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 54 days and finally after 9 weeks(64th day). all came back negative. please tell me the accuracy of my results and what are the chances for me to got infected. I did nt had any symptoms except headache and tiredness at noon time only. i think this is because the strees i have experienced.
The thing why i am worrying is, i rubbed my penis with condom in her chest for 2 mins, i doubt whether this action make my condom tear or rupture. Please answer my questions and make my mind peaceful.

At no time did you have an exposure in the situations you have listed. Learn how to use condoms correctly before you do put yourself at risk for a condom failure.

You had protected sex. Your condom stayed intact. There was absolutely no chance of an HIV transmission in the incidents you reported.
However, did you say you wore two condoms at once? If so, please don't. The friction of latex against latex makes this a bad idea, since they can easily rupture without the necessary lubrication.
And yes, you would have known if there was a rupture. Condoms are designed to fail catastrophically. You would not get a tiny hole, the thing would shred.
No risk. Just wear a (single) condom and you will be protected against HIV

Please answer my following questions to make my mind comfortable
1.I heard that Hiv transmission from only one time sex is very rare( i m speaking about only one time and not 10's or 100 one times). is it true?
2.And also plz comment on my 6 weeks, 54 days and 9 weeks hiv rapid test,taken on lab regardless of exposure.Will my 54 days and 9 weeks hiv negative turn positive, if there is possible exposure?
3. i used two condoms uknowingly, but the sex lasts for only 3 mins and that too her vagina is very free(it means not tight). will there is any chance of condom tearing in the above said incident?
I m scared because this my first ever sex experience with sex worker(till that i m virgin).
Please answer my questions. This will make my mind stress free.

Obviously repeatedly repeated risks would raise the possibility of infection taking place. The thing is to not have risks which sexually means alwyas using condoms for vaginal and anal intercourse. No exceptions.

The average time to seroconversion is 22 days. All but the smallest number of those who are going to seroconvert will do so within 4-6 weeks after an exposure. A negative test result at 6 weeks or later is an indication that most likely you will test continue to test negative at 3 months.

You would have known if the condom had torn because it would have looked like a fringed hoop on your penis. But don't double them again. A single condom properly worn and covering the head of your penis will do the job and protect you.

Understandable. Becoming sexually active is very exciting and it can also bring a lot of nervousness as you get accustomed to the experience. As long as you always use condoms for intercourse you will be well protected against HIV.

Can i consider my 9 weeks results as conclusive or can i take another test after 12 weeks?
If i take 12 weeks test can i fully expect a negative result?

You do not need further testing because you did not have a risk in the first place.
You are conclusively hiv negative.
You do NOT have hiv!
Keep using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!!!

We do respond to that question very frequently - in hundreds of threads on this forum, which is easily searchable. You do not have to worry about covering other people's bases. We've got it.
If you did not have UNprotected sex, then our replies to not apply to your situation.

I don't recall ever hearing about a man - the insertive partner - ending up positive over one incident of UNprotected vaginal intercourse.
I most definitely have NEVER heard about a man - the insertive partner - ending up positive over one incident of PROTECTED intercourse. You had PROTECTED intercourse. You were not at risk.
We have repeatedly told you that you were not at risk for hiv infection. We have repeatedly told you that you are conclusively hiv negative.
You do not have hiv. Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will continue to avoid hiv and you will continue to be hiv negative. IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE!!!

I used protection for vaginal intercourse, but i m not sure whether it is broken or not. so only i m freaked out.

If the condom had broken you would have been in no doubt about what happened. It's not about itty bitty little holes because the whole thing gives way and ends up looking like a hoop with fringe on your penis.

One final question, and sure this will be my last question, please answer,
I underwent Ear surgery - Mastoidactomy with Tymponaplasty at 7th week, will this surgery delay the developement of antibodies or seroconversion if there is possible exposure?
Please don t tell i did'nt have any exposure, i know that, and i took the test for my peace of my mind.
I took Rapid test at 9 weeks, will this test is conclusive for me?

No, that surgery would not affect the development of antibodies.
Anytime you test is ok for you. You didn't have a risk and a negative result is a slam dunk for you. So a 9 weeks negative is reliable for you.

And now tell me, i have 54 days and 9 weeks hiv negative. if i take test on 12 weeks, what are the chances of changing positive.
will my 9 weeks hiv negative turn positive in 12 weeks?
did u ever seen a 9 week negative turn positive in 12 weeks for normal people(without any immuno suppression or with cancer etc.,)

No, your nine week negative is not going to change. You've already been told that a SIX week negative is highly unlikely to change. Re-read your entire thread.
You did NOT have a risk.
