Ihavehope,
A newly infected person could well include someone that has aid HIV/AIDS.

Here's an example......................if a 20yr old negative person and a 45yr old person have unprotected sex with the same positive person................well, here's the difference, the 20yr old negative person may possibly become infected for the first time....................the 45yr old person may become reinfected as he already has some strain of the virus.

But, the one thing now if infected or re-infected.....................both parties will have the strain of that party that they had unprotected sex with............and if that strain happens to be resistant to drug therapy, then that most likely would apply to both the 20yr. old and the 45yr old.

This is why anyone should not be having unprotected sex..........................and I'm not preaching here, as that would make me a hypocrite.  This is an area where I am weak...............and I admit it.

And some people forget or don't think if they should insert an unwrapped penis in their mouth that they are having unprotected sex.  I'm guilty of this..........................and I do keep in mind the consequences of my actions........................and that doesn't make it better.

Thank you ihavehope for responding.
Scott
