Cd4,
Welcome. Do not feel alone, you have many friends here.
I dont see the "rapid fall" you are talking about, I see bounces and adjsutments. But I'm not an expert on numbers and I will defer to the more versed members of the forum who will be along shortly.
Hugs

Hi CD4, and welcome to the forums.
If you tested poz and started getting your labs right after your seroconversion, I wouldn't worry too much about those numbers just yet. Your body is still learning to deal with the virus. It's more about trends over time. If you were getting your labs done every three months instead of every month, you wouldn't have that spike to get upset about.
What I mean is that if you had the sept labs done and didn't test again until dec, you wouldn't think it was all that big a change.
I also had a very extreme seroconversion illness (should have been in hospital) and I'm still med free with good numbers nearly 13 years later. (seroconverted in spring of '97) My numbers are in my profile. Unfortunately, I don't have numbers from the first few years.
You're gonna be ok, so hang in there.
Ann
btw, I live on the Isle of Man, so we're neighbours. :)

well mine is a strange story i thought i seroconverted december 08 i got sick and had positive antibody i continued to have positive antibody for some months but no vl then a negative antibody they said i was neg, then i got real sick bad stomach throat purple rash all over like the time b4 really bad tho and ended up in hospital where at first they thought i may have very bad swine flu not the case on the 9/9/09 i had another antibody and this time vl 380.000 and it was for sure in my DNA this time,
so was i really pos in dec 08 or was sep 09 the time i was infected
this is why i have so many labs done because my docs think im a strange case lol
