I am drinking is call Original Snapple All Natural Green Tea With Natural Antioxidant, 55mg EGCG.
So some reason my CD4 count when up a bit. You ever try it?
And I am not taking mads at this time.

Green tea is full of antioxidants and therefore good for you. I don't believe it is therapeutic in the treatment of HIV per se, but it is good for overall health.

It keeps those free radicals in check and is very tasty.

CD4s can vary a great deal, even by the time of day (greater in the morning, fewer in the afternoon), so it is important to keep track and watch for trends.

Your doctor should be doing this, but I always find it gives me some piece of mind to keep track myself.

I'm not going to beat the ECGC drum, but I am taking the equivalent of about a dozen cups of green tea today in a capsule form.

I started shortly after my march test, where I started hearing of cd4 boosting for those taking ECGC, the plan is to see how I fair at my September test. My last test results are low 400 CD4 with a 27% and a 12k VL.

The idea is to stay above the arbitrary 350 line for as long as I can. My doc is really encouraged by integrase inhibitors and believes that it may become a front line treatment. If I can hold out another year or so, I may be able to go integrase to start with.

So I'll post my results and my regimen at that time.

It is not at all scientific. But I've been using my regimen for a couple of years now and have been able to keep me about 350 and the VL under 15k. So we shall see if there is something I can point to as a difference maker.
