Hey guys, as a bisexual man i find it easier to connect with poz men than poz women.... i know that i get along with both genders just fine, but is it because i am bisexual that turns you off or is it that women hide it where as gay guys are more forthcoming on disclosure?

Well, we have POZ personals on this site somewhere. And there are plenty of women who post here. YOu might be somewhat limiting yourself by asking that the woman be open to your dating men at the same time. Come to think of it, many guys might find that difficult to xome to erms with as well. If course, if you are looking for casual encounters then there are many sites that would be appropriate for that.
Disclosure might narrow the field, but the consistent and proper use of a condom for penetrative anal and vaginal sex would assure that you present no danger to anyone, nor they to you.
Of course, the elephant in the room here is your recent posting history. It might be that you need to figure out who you want, and under what circumstances, and that you be prepared to negotiate safer sex from a perspective of disclosure before you endeavor to proceed in what I assume would be a dating situation.
Getting comfortable in your own skin (with HIV as part of that package) is important before you can reasonably expect others to accept what you bring to the table. I certainly wish you the best.
