those numbers look good also.   My doctor told me I seem to be doing great, everything looks good and I shouldn't worry about meds for some time but if something drastic happens to get in touch with him asap. So its been 8 months and I am just trying to understand everything and incorporate it into my life as it stands now.

Great numbers!  You definitely shouldn't have to worry about meds for a long time.  Hopefully these numbers keep up.  Something else to track along with your viral load, CD4, is the CD4 %.

;D I will have to call him and get the percentage.  He asked me about my fitness and I told him I  work out and run daily.  He wanted to run some more tests on my thyroid glands and liver ( i have a nice relationship with crown royal) but in all i am in great health.

Well, Rugger, if you really wanted to see the game, your not even in the nosebleed seats, heck your not even in the stadium..   Way to go on your numbers....  Give that liver a break,  down the road, your going to be putting a bit more of a load on it...   Year(s) away sweetie......

Hey, it was 15 years before I had to even consider meds! Great news, keep it going! Personally, I think staying away from drugs, too much alcohol, and unprotected sex are the keys to longevity!

Great numbers, indeed.  What you may be asking without asking is what this means and that seems to vary with each person.  One person gets infected and his or her body bounces the virus strain off without any med. help.  Another person watches a gradual decline in cd4's and an escalation in viral load.  I'd work out a schedule with your doctor on when to do lab work and keep the appointments.  Best, Win
