Concerned and confused

Ok so I know I can't be diagnosed on here but I have some questions and I hope someone can please help me here's my story


Ok about a month ago I say August 24 I was out with some friends and we got really drunk it was late at night I say around 3.00 am I was running through the alley trying to reach her but then fell and sprained my ankle and got a pretty bad wound on my
Knee so let me rephrase it was about 15 fresh i then approached a lady in the street she is always out wondering around at night and I asked her for a oral sex she charged me 20 bucks which I think is really cheap which makes me think she is hiv positive she was also very skinny didn't seem healthy then I layed down in this backyard and got oral from her for atleast 10 minutes I then ejaculated in her mouth after wards since then I developed some symptoms


3 days later I had a tingling sensation in my genial area only when I masturbated at this point my anxiety shot up really bad all I did was search for herpes symtoms I never thought of hiv until day 6 I had been drinking with some friends and stayed at his house that same night I had really profuse night sweats soaking bed sheets I slept with a long sleeve shirt and my work clothes on I say room temp was 76 degrees and it happend again day 8 no severe sore throat or fever but I did wake up with half my face really red don't know if this was the hiv rash but it dissapeard that same day hen the same exact symptoms happend at day 8 i never had nightsweats before then on week 2 I was waking up really cold but not profuse sweating I say around week 4 I devoloped a ache behind my ear lasting a week this was also very scary but here are my questions

 1.. Is she touched my open wound with her hands would I be infected I didn't see any blood on her hands at the time I couldn't really tell it was really dark


2. Do my nightsweats seems like ars it was like if I broke out with fever during the night but the next morning I didn't feel high fever just woke up feeling cold which I believe was due to sleeping in the sweat ..

3. Would my face being half red upper forehead and side of my face mean hiv rash it only lasted no longer than 3 days ??

You did not have a risk for HIV from oral sex, the only way HIV is transmitted is by:

Sharing IV drug needles immediately after use.
Unprotected anal and vaginal sex.
Mother to child during or shortly after birth
Very specific healthcare situations.

The symptoms you described are not specific to HIV, it is not possible for us to tell what is going on with your body over the internet, if you are feeling unwell then please go and see your Doctor.

To answer your questions:

If you continue to be sexually active then please take responsibility for your health and have regular check up for all STI's...and remember to use condoms for Vaginal and anal sex at all times.

You seem to be having difficulties using this forum. I've deleted your posts asking where you should post - THIS thread is the ONLY place you should post. As Jonathan mentioned, you only have two free posts left, so use them wisely.

If you're still worried about the NO RISK situation that you wrote about in October, please relax. You did NOT have a risk.

If you feel unwell, see a doctor. Whatever is going on has nothing to do with hiv in relation to your questions from October.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST FOR HIV SPECIFICALLY FOLLOWING GETTING A BLOWJOB OR BEING TOUCHED BY SOMEONE, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!
