Andrew, that's simply fantastic news. Congratulations, I'm very happy for you!  :) Pics of the house would be nice, be sure to include one of you in speedos, all 6'4" of you, by the pool...  ;D  J.
Her finely-touched spirit had still its fine issues, though they were not widely visible. Her full nature, like that river of which Cyrus broke the strength, spent itself in channels which had no great name on the earth. But the effect of her being on those around her was incalculably diffusive: for the growing good of the world is partly dependent on unhistoric acts; and that things are not so ill with you and me as they might have been, is half owing to the number who lived faithfully a hidden life, and rest in unvisited tombs.

that is so cool.  Congratulations.

Now, after the house-warming party,  the bachelor party, the bridal showers, the rehearsal dinner, the wedding and the honeymoon,  it'll be  Thanksgiving and then Christmas.  Think that's enough of the family?  Nah.  Then there is New Year's Eve.

So I'll tell you what.  Why don't you just  wait until next summer to invite us all over for a pool party?  We'll understand.  And to let you off easy, you can make it BYOS (bring your own speedos) .

Congrats on the house. Pools can be alot of work, but enjoyable in the hotter weather.

At least now one of you two soon-to-be-married people will have a threshold over which to carry the other ;)
