Welcome to the "Do I Have HIV?" POZ forum.

This special section of the POZ forum is for individuals who have concerns about whether or not they are HIV positive. Individuals are permitted to post up to three questions or responses in this forum.

Ongoing participation in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum (posting more than three questions or responses) requires a paid subscription, with secure payments made via PayPal.

A seven-day subscription is $9.99, a 30-day subscription is $14.99 and a 90-day subscription is $24.99.

Anyone who needs to post more than three messages in the "Do I Have HIV?" forum -- including past, present and future POZ Forums members -- will need to subscribe, with secure payments made via PayPal.

Could I still be infected?

Dear Forum, I will keep it as short as possible.  I have had MANY stupid exposures over that past 5-6 years that have put me as risk for HIV.  These were unprotected vaginal exposures.  I tested in mid 2008 for HIV which turned up NEGATIVE.  Here comes the bad part.  In Mid-2009 I started having strange symptoms without cause.  My last exposure was August of 2009.  Since then I have had multiple tests of different variety multiple times but these are the last ones in descending order and ALL negative and from LAST exposure in 2009.

19 month oraquick blood
19 month hiv-1 DNA
18 month HIV 1/O/2 done by labcorp
18 month HIV 1/O/2 done by Quest
18 month HIV 1&2 western blot
17 month HIV 1 DUO by ABBOTT
17 month HIV 1 RNA
15 month HIV 2 DNA
12 month HIV 2 EIA by Quest

I continue to have BAD symptoms of but not limited to:
White spots on tongue
BAD FLOATERS in vision
Tiny red spots on skin
A few episodes of rashes that occurred at 9 months as well as 1.3 years after last exposure

1) Is there ANY way that this could still be HIV of some sort but not able to be found with all these tests?
2) Since I had multiple exposures in years past, could I have undetectable RNA/DNA/antibody and further along in this disease?
3)Could I be an elite controller and not be able to be detectable?
4)Can I have unprotected sex with my spouse?

Please help as I want this to be over SO BAD!

Stupid,

When I approved your account earlier today, I suspected you were actually flguy300, who was banned in November 2010 for repeatedly questioning a conclusive negative result. I also rejected an attempt earlier today by you to create another new account.

I now know for certain you are one and the same because your stories are the same. I also know for other reasons.

Guess what? You're still conclusively hiv negative and you're still permanently banned.

I suggest you seek professional help for your inability to stop chasing an illness you clearly do not have.
