Risk?
« on: August 31, 2009, 01:06:41 am »
Hello everyone,
I've been reading a lot about ways of infecting with HIV, and as I'm really concerned I'd like to ask you if I was at a risk.(By the way I'm bi.) So here's what happened:
I haven't had sex, but three weeks ago I french-kissed another man and we lied naked on one another, we cumed and our penes touched theirselves, and there was sperm. Is that dangerous? Should I get tested? I've discovered some similar topics, but I'm not really sure if I should be worried or no.
Thank you in advance!

PS: I've talked to this person (he's a good friend of mine), and since his last test (negative) he hasn't had any more contacts. Anyway, is that what we did dangerous?

Nothing you have done is a risk of contracting HIV.

Just chiming in to agree with Rod that nothing you did with your friend was a risk for HIV transmission.

For future reference as long as you always without exception use condoms for anal (or vaginal) intercourse you will be well protected from sexual transmission of HIV. Everything else sexual is only theoretically risky. The proven risks are unprotected intercourse.

Touching, masturbating, rubbing and getting precum or sperm on yourselves in the manner akin to what you have reported are not risks. Period.

There's no need for testing nor for further concern about that incident.

Cheers.

Thank you very much - both of you. I reckon I'm well informed and I'd never have unprotected sex, but this time there was no sexual intercourse - anyway, thank you very much for being so kind and the quick replies! :)
