hi, i had an stupid act with a girl of unknown status, were she was naked above me, im uncovered, while our foreplay sessions, few times my erected penis touched her vagina wall, but sure no penetration, and ended this session with hugging only as we dont have the condom at that time..1) is there any chance of vaginal fluid outside vagina can cause a risk of transmission, this session almost for a few minutes..2) the girl is clean outside her body, no warts or herpes what is the chance of my risk to any stdStds and ecological niches...?
I also kissed her lips (no wet kissing or exchange of saliva though) and she proceeded to give me a handjob post that. I am uncircumcised male.

You need to become better informed about the basics of HIV transmission because you are worrying totally unnecessarily about this recent incident. Please read our lesson about it. You'll find a link to it in the Welcome thread which opens this section. Nothnig you did in anyway put you at risk for HIV. The bottom line is that sexually the only real risks for transmission are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. Everything else is strictly theoretical riskwise. And massage, mutual masturbation and kissing are absolutely not risky. Period.
There's no need for testing but do read our lesson.
Also, we do recommend for anyone who's sexually active to regularly have a full STD panel done. Other STDs are much easier to acquire than HIV. So at least once a year it's good to get tested for everything.
This time you're good to go. As a final word, avoid the use of the term "clean" in relation to HIV or STDs in general. Using it implies that anyone who has any STD including HIV is "dirty," which is very offensive to those living with the virus.
Stop you're worrying for now. You're good to go and no testing is necessary at this point.

Thanks Andy. I certainly did not mean to imply "dirty" in that sense...however I apologize and understand the misuse of the word.
One last question, I have not had any sexual relations with my wife post this episode, for the fear of HIV, if the above has been my only sexual exposure outside marriage, can I safely continue sexual relations with my wife

Yes, as far as any concern about HIV, you can resume sexual relations with your wife. You were not at risk and you cannot transmit what you (happily) have not picked up.
And thanks for your acknowledgement regarding the term "clean." I know you didn't mean to be offensive. It's just a good thing for you (and the world) to get clear about.

Around 12 weeks after the incident I had sore throat, low grade fever for a week and swollen lymph gland (for two-three days) .
The doctor told me that fever / flu was in the air around this time. He did not know about the incident as I mentioned in this forum.
The above is the only incident that I have had....have not had sexual relations with anyone post this.
Would this be ars or I am wooried myself too much.

Worried,
You weren't at risk for hiv infection. You should know this by now. Grow up, grow a pair of balls, and get over it. You weren't at risk.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple. Read through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use them with confidence.

i have been having pharyngitis ever sine november 2nd. courses of anitibiotics haven't helped. I am really scared. Have you ever come acorss an hiv infection case in the manner i have desribed? do your replies assume that the woman was hiv positive? i am going nervous over these issues.
please help thanks

Whatever is wrong with you it has nothing to do with HIV, you really need to work this out with your Doctor.
Please read the lessons on how HIV is and isn't transmitted, and as you have aready been told, you are good to go, nothing you have described is a risk for HIV.

Ann what you say is comforting but I also have a mild temp 99 deg since then. Is this worrisome as far as hiv is concerned. I never used to be such a nervous wreck before. Pls lrt me know

Rodney I really look upto this post. Believe I do not intend to come back for nothing. What do you suggest I should do? Can anxiety lead to low grade fevers.

As you've been told repeatedly before this, you don't have a problem with HIV physically. Your problem is ABOUT HIV, and that is something we can't help you with here. See a counselor or other mental health professional to discuss your feelings and thoughts about this issue.
You can't keep coming back here again and again with a non-risk problem. You're going to end up getting a time out. Consider yourself warned.
