My New Numbers
« on: November 02, 2008, 11:15:03 am »
T:cells went back up: 405 still @ 21% from 378 19%

VL: Went up a lot but still considered low from 3450 to 18,005.

Doc says not to worry even your CD8's went up. He thinks my immune system is preparing to "kick ass"!

All other numbers look great even cholesterol went down to 190 and I lost weight due to exercise and Birkyam Yoga!

Hope all is well!

Love you!
Kisses.

NYK, seems like overall you're doing good stuff. And it sounds like your doc is watching and has a very supportive outlook. There are a lot of very good things in your numbers.

I recommend focusing on them, continuing the healthy program you have going and see how the next set looks.

Birkyam Yoga. Gotta look into that.
