From my experience, powerful men leading double lives are careful to deal with people whom they feel would not out them like that, and someone making a living off of teaching make-up tips to closeted cross dressers would lose the confidence of his prospective clients if he ever did such a thing.  It's a great recipe for enabling deceit and treachery.

I'm sort of suprised that no one has pointed out that there is a long history of crossdressing in the government.  And why not.  But I will not get into that.
