A new bbq recipe of mine...grilled skewers...
« on: June 08, 2011, 12:07:09 am »
If you guys care to see, I have a new recipe video involving bbq skewers with 3 types of meat marinated each one with the juice of three different fruits, completed with a sauce of mine and some chili beans as a side...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HynsTAfOJGM&feature=channel_video_title

Just felt like sharing....

During the recent drought down here in the Land of the Long Weekend, kangaroos used to visit my backyard to feast on the various dainties therein.

Made going to the Hills Hoist quite a daunting prospect.

Hey Schedir I can send you a few possums, we get a few a week here in the paddocks down under, we don't eat them though, hubby either skins them or hot plucks them...video looked good though.

Schedir, that recipe looks amazing. I am going to have to try that one out.

So I Googled Hills Hoist also, and clearly it is just a clothes line that you people down ther attached a goofy name to. But why do the Kangas make going to the clothes line difficult? Will they Charge you or something?
