Unprotectd cunnilingus hiv risk and sympthoms

Hi, I'm sorry about my english, I hope to write as right I can.
I already posted this on Med Help but I need other opinions.
I have few question about my sexual encounter with an European girl with an active sexual life.
I had vaginal sex with her 4 times, absoloutly protected, but 3 times I had an unprotectd cunnilingus on her before vaginal sex, 2 was the first night, 1 was the night later.
I also fingered her vagina during the oral sex.
She gave me and oral sex with ejaculation on her mouth but was short.
She wasn't good in this practice because maybe she sucked too strong, and the morning later I had red spot on the point of my penis, like when u suck too much the neck..i don't know the translation in english sorry.
But after less than 1 week with an infiammatory cream everything went ok.
About the cunnilingus I have other info.
Ther was no cut on and inside her vagina, no blood  (she wasn't on her period), no bad smells or others problem.
My mouth was ok, at least no sore, inflammations or cut with evident bleeding.
I remember I didn't swallowed, or at least not much I suppose.
I always spat my saliva on her vagina, just to lubrificate it.
I had no symptoms after 2 weeks, lately I had a slight sore throat (I think the cause was sweat and go under the air con in the pub/hotel...because iI was in Indonesia, in the rainy season, hot and cold, air con EVERYWHERE...) and a very slyght dinsoconfort on the lynph nodes in the neck, but was impossible to see the lynph nodes, MAYBE if u touched them u could have felt them...maybe.
After returning from my trip to Indonesia, my throat, after took too much cold in the plane, was bad.
I took for 1 week the antibiotic, but the throat is better but not ok.
I feel somethimes disconfort under the armspit, like a slight fizz...but my lynph nodes are not imflammed, I don't feel nothing and sometimes i feel burning and frizz in the lynph node in the chest near shoulder...
The only lypnh node inflamed and enlarged are in the groin...but Im sure the cause is that I suffered a strained groin, called Pubalgia here in Italy.
My doctor when touched me said was something about muscle the cause, so Im little bit peaceful about this.
I didn't get fever, no rush, no dhiarrea or other problems (considering I have many stomach problems by myself..heh), now after almost 6 week I have 2 white spot on my tongue ( but I suffer of geografic tongue, at least in itlay is named so).
I had slight bally pain but yesterday I've done and eco and was everything ok, liver and everything was ok.
dr. Hook and d. HH says there is no risk giving cunnilingus, and the estimate risk with giving an oral sex on a infected person is 1 on 10.000, and myabe is too much high, considering every study was mad on this argument, expecially the Spanish one.
I also know that inside saliva there is enzime that deactive the HIV, I know the virus load is not high and dangerous on the vaginal secretions, and the dangerous secretions are from the fluid from cervix, which is IMPOSSIBLE to hurt my tounge, I also know about the few cells in the mouth wich the HIV can attack, so I am informed.
My question are:
1- I really had a risk or can I move on?
2- My sympthoms are due to my PARANOID-ANXIETY- or are caused and increased by the COLD I took on the plane/airport? possibly a pharyngitis not cured too much in Indonesia, and now slightly hard to cure (I have no problem to swallow, I feel slight pain if I touch-press my throat with my finger)
3- I took AUGMENTIN antiobiotic during the 5 week after the exposure for the troath, can the antibiotic cover the sympthoms?
I am subject to having a sore throat, pharyngitis and plates, so I guess I should at least develop a high fever and / or a very sore throat in the event of infection i suppose.
4- During one vaginal sex my condoms failed, but I was so careful and the condom falied at the end of the sex.
But did't faliled in the point, but near my pube, near me, the point was still covered, so I suppose there was no risk in this occasion...I suppose...
5- I'm paranoid and so so so anxious that I feel and I have every symptoms...I ko the anxiety and the mind can create everything, but I still have fear.
I was so careful...i don't think to deserve this problem...I dont take drugs, no smoke, no alchol...mah.
May I need a mental doctor?...my mother is a doctor and she say I'm a jackass...hehe is she right?

Mate, nobody deserves hiv. Please remember that.

You absolutely did NOT have a risk for hiv infection.

Protected intercourse is just that - protected. One of your condoms suffered damage, but the head of your penis was still covered and that's what's important. No risk where the protected intercourse is concerned.

Cunnilingus is also not a risk for hiv infection. Hiv transmission doesn't stand a chance of happening via female genitals to mouth - there are just too many obstacles on the oral route.

The first obstacle is the mouth itself. The mouth is a veritable fortress, standing against all sorts of pathogens we come into contact with every minute of our lives. It's a very hostile environment and saliva has been shown to contain over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv.

Hiv is a very fragile virus - literally. Its outer surface doesn't take kindly to changes in its preferred environment; slight changes in temperature, moisture content and pH levels all damage the outer surface. Importantly, it needs this outer surface to be intact before it can latch onto a few, very specific cell types and infect. 

Which leads to the second obstacle. Hiv can only latch onto certain types of cells, cells which are not found in abundance in the mouth.

The third obstacle to transmission this way is having hiv present in the first place. The female secretion where hiv has been shown to be present is the cervicovaginal fluid. This fluid is actually a thick mucus that covers and protects the cervix.

The fluid a woman produces when sexually excited comes from the Bartholin's glands, located on either side of the vaginal opening. I have yet to discover one shred of evidence (and believe me, I've looked) that shows this lubricating fluid to have any more hiv present than other bodily secretions such as saliva, sweat or tears. Saliva, sweat and tears are NOT infectious fluids.

So there you have it. Once the results of the serodiscordant studies started rolling in, what we know about hiv transmission on the cellular level was validated. The only people who were getting infected were those who had unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse. Period. One of the three studies went on for ten years and involved hundreds of couples. That's a lot of nookie.

Fingering is not a risk for hiv infection.

Getting a blowjob is not a risk for hiv infection. Not only is saliva not infectious, but it also contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect.

You did not have a risk for hiv infection.

We do not discuss symptoms here. If you feel unwell, see a doctor. Whatever is going on has nothing to do with hiv as you did not have a risk for hiv infection.

I have read many things about HIV trasmittion, and yes I could make the history if I have get the HIV in this matter...I hope and I prefer to be none instead be famous...heh
I don't think someone deserve hiv, I saw maning tha that I was so careful that was impossible to risk.

Here's what you need to know in order to remain hiv negative:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST SPECIFICALLY OVER THE SITUATIONS YOU MENTION HERE, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!
